From the age of five, I've immersed myself in various sports, including football, baseball, lacrosse, cross country, jujitsu, and taekwondo. My journey led me to parkour, which opened the door to coaching gymnastics for children and teens, ages 9 months to 18 years. Through gymnastics, I had the privilege of connecting with a parent who invited me into the rewarding field of working with individuals diagnosed with Autism. During this chapter of my life, I encountered someone who profoundly influenced me, showing me the immense satisfaction of helping others embark on their fitness journey. Since then, I wake up each day with excitement and purpose, dedicated to helping others enhance the quality of their lives.
